Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was marvellous and brilliant and really close to railway station, city center and De Montfort Hall. Kind and pleasant staff as one would expect.
As we remember, there was no breakfast.

I spent my time lovely at Grafton House. the room was reasonably sized and en suite with a private bathroom. the staff were amazingly nice. the location was unbeatable, near a train station. the stay in the night before certainly was good value.
